Job Title: Director-Staffing

Description of Duties:Manage and supervise relief/PRN staffing for all divisions of SpectraCare Health Systems as well as other positions throughout the system.  Will require on call status to include nights, weekends, holidays, etc. Flexible working schedule required.

Job Title: Day Treatment Coordinator
Location: Co-Occurring
Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology or related field, (2) years Post-Masters supervised experience, good background and MVR
Description of Duties:Supervises program and staff in compliance with DMH/MR SA Division standards.  Acts as a liaison between program services and local agencies.  Provides therapy for consumers with dual diagnosis.

Requirements:  High School Diploma/GED, good background and MVR.
Description of Duties:  Assist clients in all aspects of daily living, provide transportation.  Responsible for medication program.
Minimum Salary: $7.50 hourly (plus $2.00 per hour increase for Holidays only).

Job Title: Counselor

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field; good background. Must be free from any and all drug/alcohol convictions for the previous five years; if in recovery must be current and the previous five years.
Description of Duties: Provides therapeutic services to clients of the System's substance abuse unit employing various clinical and social treatment skills and approaches.  Provides psychotherapy, documentation, coordination with agency services and response to emergence situations.

Requirements: Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field; two + years post masters experience required; good background.
Description of Duties: Provides therapeutic services to clients of the Rehabilitative Day Program employing various clinical and social treatment skills and approaches.  Provides psychotherapy, completes administrative tasks and ensures accurate documentation.
