The following services are offered to qualified individuals:

Outpatient Services are designed to provide assistance to consumers that include individual, group, and family therapy, family support and education, crisis intervention, basic living skills, mental health consultation, etc. (Barbour, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston Counties)

Assertive Community Treatment Team is designed to meet the needs of the adult consumer in the community where the consumer resides – in the home, the community, with family, etc.  The team provides services that assist in maintaining the consumer in the community as opposed to a hospital setting. (Barbour, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston Counties)

Case Management is designed to offer services to consumers primarily in the home or the community.  Services include, but are not limited to, a systematic determination and written plan of the needs of the consumer, establishing and monitoring links between the consumer and community resources, assisting and coordinating services for the consumer when in a crisis situation, advocating for and developing access to needed services, etc.

Department of Human Resources Liaison provides valuable linkage between the Department of Human Resources and the mental health center.  The liaison provides outpatient services including family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, etc., and the liaison office is at the Department of Human Resources. (Houston County)

Elderly Services are offered that include intake assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family education and support, family therapy, basic living skills, etc. (Barbour, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston Counties)

Probate Court Liaison is a service provided to the probate judge that allows for a SpectraCare employee to be housed at the probate office and to work with individuals and families that come to the court or call requesting assistance.  The liaison is charged with finding services for individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, or substance abuse issues in the least restrictive environment necessary. A full-time employee is in place in Houston County, and County Clinic Directors in Barbour, Dale, Geneva and Henry Counties provide assist to the probate courts as needed.

Vocational Rehabilitation Liaison is provided to Wiregrass Rehab Services in order that consumers with psychiatric issues may be offered some mental health services on site that include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, etc. (Houston County)
